右旋糖苷酶与氟化钠对口腔多菌种生物膜形成的影响

摘要 目的 研究外源性右旋糖苷酶与氟化钠联用对口腔多菌种生物膜形成的影响。方法 建立体外多菌种生物膜模型;用pH电极检测处理因素对生物膜培养基pH值的影响;采用菌落计数法观察处理因素对生物膜形成的影响。结果 右旋糖苷酶对培养基pH没有影响, 氟化钠可抑制生物膜培养基pH值的下降且其作用不受右旋糖苷酶影响;实验浓度氟化钠及右旋糖苷酶单独使用及联合应用均可影响多菌种生物膜的形成,玻片表面的活菌数明显下降,1 U/ml 右旋糖苷酶与80 μg/ml氟化钠联用有协同作用。结论 右旋糖苷酶与氟化钠联用对影响多菌种生物膜的早期形成有协同效应。

AbstractObjective To investigate the effect of exogenous dextranase (Dex) combined with sodium fluoride (NaF) on the formation of multi-species biofilms.Methods A model of multi-species biofilms was established in vitro. The pH of inchoate biofilms was detected by placing the tip of a pH electrode into the matrix of the biofilms. The number of viable cells in inchoate biofilms was measured by colony count.Results 1. Dextranase had no effect on the pH of inchoate biofilms, but NaF at each tested concentration inhibited acid genesis of biofilms,which was not affected by Dex. 2. All the test agents significantly reduced viable cells on glass slides and 1U/mL ml Dex plus 80μg/mL ml NaF had synergistic effects on the formation of early biofilms.Conclusion Dextranase and sodium fluoride of low concentrations may have synergistic effects against the formation of multi-species biofilms.
