老年糖尿病足患者院外持续中医健康管理干预的效果

摘要目的观察院外持续中医健康管理干预对糖尿病足(DF)患者的效果及影响因素，为有效改善DF的预后提供依据。方法以2012年10月-2014年10月住院治疗的100例老年DF患者为对象，随机分为对照组(未实施持续中医健康管理干预)和干预组(实施中医健康管理干预)，观察2组患者DF恢复效果、疾病认知及自护能力，并分析其影响因素。结果干预组患者DF恢复效果、疾病认知及自护能力得分均高于对照组，且随着时间的延长呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05)。生存分析显示，干预组患者达到良好效果所需时间要明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示，文化程度和民族是影响干预效果的独立因素。结论持续中医健康管理干预可以促进DF患者的康复。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect and influence factors of TCM health care intervention on patients with diabetic foot so as to contribute to the prognosis of diabetic foot.Methods 100 One hundred cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot between Oct 2012 and Oct 2014 with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group (no TCM intervention) and intervention group (with TCM intervention). The recovery, cognitive and self-nursing ability were observed, while influence factors were analyzed. Results The scores of recovery, cognitive and self-nursing ability of patients in intervention group were not only higher than those of control group, but increased over time (P<0.05). Survival analysis showed that patients of intervention group took much less time to achieve a good effect than control group (P<0.05).Multiple factors analysis showed that levels of education and race were independent factors that influenced the effect of intervention.Conclusion TCM intervention can contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with diabetic foot.
