美军“全维能力”作战概念情报分析与启示

摘要全维能力(human dimension)即在军事行动中与军人、军队文职人员和军队领导者的效能和能力有关的各类认知、体能和社会能力要素。本文从情报学角度分析美军提出“全维能力”的军事环境、作战概念的内容与战略规划,提出对我军的启示借鉴。

Abstract：Human Dimension refers tothe cognitive, physical, and social components of the Army's trusted professionals and teams. We analyzed the strategic environment, contents and its strategy, and raised suggestions and implications forthe Chinese army.
