Abstract Objective Study tirofiban combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets, QuMei Trimetazidine clinical curative effect of trimetazidine on patients with refractory angina pectorisMethods The patients with refractory angina were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, patients in the observation group were treated with tirofiban combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets, QuMei Trimetazidine. Compare the difference of curative effect between the two groups of patients.Results The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in serum OX40L, sICAM-1 and hs-CRP levels in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The serum levels of OX40L, sICAM-1 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of angina pectoris in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group of patients with angina pectoris symptom score was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets, QuMei trimetazidine in the treatment of refractory angina pectoris can effectively inhibit the formation of thrombus, and improve the clinical symptoms. Curative effect is distinct, and it is worth clinical promotion.
