中医情志调理对肠易激综合征伴发焦虑的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of emotional nursing on anxiety disorder in patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods 234 anxiety disorder patients with IBS were divided into study group and control group according to the sequence of admission. The study group was treated with emotional nursing in TCM while the control group with routine therapies. All the patients were assessed by Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ), Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)and TCM symptom score.Results The HAMA score, immature factor, negative coping, TCM symptom score were significantly lower in study group than in control group (P<0.05)in the 6th week, when these scores were also significantly lower than in the first week (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=9.4,P＜0.05) .Conclusion Emotional nursing in TCM can improve the anxiety symptoms in anxiety disorder patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
