循证护理干预在系统性红斑狼疮患者住院期间的应用分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the applicability of evidence-based nursing intervention to patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods Eighty-six cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients admitted between December 2013 and December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the experimental group was treated with evidence-based nursing before the length of hospital stay and the satisfaction rate were compared.Results The hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the overall rate of satisfaction with the nursing staff (97.67%) in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group62.79%), andthe P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus during hospitalization has significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
