某研究所近20年国家自然基金资助情况与学科建设分析

Abstract Funding by the National Science Foundation of China is an important index to measure the innovation ability of a research institute. This article reviewed the research projects undertaken by a military medical research Institute between "the Ninth Five Year Plan" to " the Twelth Five Year Plan". By analyzing the distribution of age, educational backgrounds and professional titles of leaders of the research projects and the development of the research institute, the author discussed the basic elements and principles of disciplinary construction, and raised suggestions on disciplinary construction in the future.
