Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of peripheral blood cells changes and serum lactate dehydrogenase levels in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis, in order to detect early pathological bone marrow hematopoietic and to provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment and prognosis.Method The hemoglobin, neutrophile, platelet, granulofilocyte,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) as well as serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) activity of Peripheral Blood (PB) from 227 hepatitis hepatocirrhosis patients and 50 health controls were analyzed.Relults The LDH levels of hepatitis, cirrhosis patients had negatively correlation with peripheral blood three-line cytopenia (r=-0.789,P<0.05), and positively correlated with increased reticulocyte (r=0.576,P<0.05), significantly associated with poor prognosis(r=0.778,P<0.05). Conclusion Hepatitis, liver cirrhosis patients with elevated serum LDH can be used as Objective indicators of early pathological hematopoietic, and the evidence for early prevention and treatment and prognosis.
