410名青年战士维生素及矿物质营养状况调查与评价

摘要 目的 了解部队青年战士维生素及矿物质营养状况,为膳食营养改善措施的制定提供科学依据。方法 以某部队410名青年战士为研究对象,肘静脉采血,分离血清,原子吸收分光光度法测定血清钙、镁、铁、锌、硒含量;4 h尿负荷试验评价维生素B1、B2及维生素C的营养状况。结果 (1)血生化检测结果显示,调查对象血清钙及硒含量均低于正常参考值;血清镁含量处于正常范围的下限;血清铁、锌含量均处于正常值范围。(2)尿负荷试验结果显示,调查对象维生素B1缺乏者为19.27%,不足者为49.27%;维生素B2缺乏者为21.95%,不足者高达63.41%;维生素C不足者为31.22%。结论 部队青年战士普遍存在硫胺素、核黄素、钙及微量元素硒营养不良等问题,应积极调整膳食结构、适量补充营养强化剂,以改善其营养状况。

AbstractObjective To find out about mineral and vitamin nutritional status in young soldiers in order to provide reference for measures of nutritional amelioration.Methods Four hundred and ten young soldiers were investigated. The concentration of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Se was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. The concentration of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C in urine was determined by vitamin 4 h load test, and their levels were evaluated.Results (1) Blood biochemical test results showed that the contentration of serum calcium (67.48?1.32 mg/L) and selenium (0.41?.25 mg/L) was lower than the normal reference value. The contentration of serum Zn and Fe was normal. (2) Vitamin 4 h load test showed that 19.27% of the soldiers were defincient in VB1, 49.27% in VB1 , 21.95% in VB2 , 63.41 % in VB2 and 31.22% in VC ..Conclusion The young soldiers are deficient in vitamin B1, vitamin B2, calcium and seleniumto different extents, so dietary supplement and dietary adjustment should be carried out to improve their nutritional status.
