针对性化疗方案对恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者P63、P糖蛋白表达的影响及其疗效

摘要目的分析针对性化疗方案对恶性滋养细胞肿瘤P63、P糖蛋白表达水平的影响及疗效。方法选取2013年2月-2014年1月收治的恶性滋养细胞肿瘤88例,随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。另选取同期40例健康人为健康组。观察组依照病情予针对性化疗方案,对照组患者予统一的单药化疗,应用免疫组化法检测3组P63、P糖蛋白表达,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗前组织中P63、P糖蛋白表达阳性率高于健康组,治疗后观察组P63表达阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05),但P糖蛋白表达阳性率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对性化疗方案治疗可明显降低恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者P63蛋白表达,但对P糖蛋白表达无显著影响,疗效优于统一的单药化疗。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of specific chemotherapy on P63 and P-glycoprotein expression in malignant trophoblastic tumor and its efficacy. Methods A total of 88 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group and another 44 cases were selected for physical examination as healthy group. The observation group received specific chemotherapy, while control group received mono-chemotherapy. The expression of P63 and P-glycoprotein before and after treatment in two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the efficacy was compared. Results The positive rates of P63 and P-glycoprotein expression in observation group and control group before treatment were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05), the positive rate of P63 expression in observation group after treatment was lower than that in control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of P-glycoprotein expression between observation group and control group(P>0.05). The total efficacy of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specific chemotherapy could reduce P63 expression in patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor, but has no significant effect on P-glycoprotein expression and its efficacy is significant.
