Abstract Objective To explore the value of color Doppler and sonographic in masses of hand and foot. Methods The color Doppler ultrasonographic characteristic of 119 cases hand and foot masses confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 119 cases masses of hand and foot were involved in 20 lesions, 117 cases belonged to benign lesions, 2 cases were malignant lesions. Benign lesions presented solid masses with regular shape, uniform cystic or echo, while malignant lesions showed solid mass with unclear boundary, irregular shape, nonuniform echo. The 119 cases of lesions mainly located in wrist, finger, and the back and palm of hand, accounted for 71.4%, while 28.6% in the back and bottom of the foot, ankle, foot heel and toes. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound can accurately check out hand and foot lump, and lumps ultrasonographic performance has a certain characteristic.
