Abstract Objective To explore new measures and mechanisms of modern medical services in schools affiliated to special branches of the armed forces in China by analyzing informatization, pluralization and developments associated with future wars. Modern medical services should be based on the ability to deal with war injuries, to prevent and treat training-caused illnesses, to adapt to the environment and to integrate medical services.
