目的 了解中国9省(自治区)成年人乳品摄入和消费状况变化特征。方法 利用2009、2011、2015、2018年“中国健康与营养调查”(CHNS)数据,选择具有完整膳食调查数据的18岁及以上成年人作为研究对象,共34 984人。分析不同性别、年龄、城乡、地域、教育程度、收入水平人群乳品摄入及消费状况。结果 2009-2018年中国9省(自治区)成年人乳品消费率提高了6.24个百分点,乳品平均摄入量呈增长趋势。在消费人群中(在调查的3 d中任意1 d消费了乳品的成年人被视为乳品消费人群。),乳品平均摄入量呈现下降趋势,2018年成年人乳品平均摄入量比2009年减少了30.11 g/d。女性、65岁及以上老年人、城市、东部、高中及以上和高收入人群的乳品消费率相对其他人群较高。结论 中国成年人乳品摄入和消费状况有所改善,但是仍远低于《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》中300~500 g/d的推荐摄入量。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the dairy intake and consumption characteristics among adults in 9 provinces of China. Methods Using data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) in 2009, 2011, 2015, and 2018, a total of 34984 adults aged 18 and above with complete dietary survey data were selected as the study subjects. The dairy intake and consumption status of the adults with different genders, ages, regions, education and income levels were analyzed. Results The dairy consumption rate of adults in 9 provinces of China increased by 6.24% from 2009 to 2018, and the average intake of dairy showed an overall increasing trend. Among the consumer populations (adults who consumed dairy on any of the three days in the survey were considered as corresponding dairy consumers), the average intake of dairy showed a downward trend, and the average intake of dairy products by adults in 2018 decreased by 30.11g/d compared to 2009. The dairy consumption rate was higher in women, elderly people aged 65 and above, urban, eastern, high school and above, and high-income groups compared to other groups. Conclusion The dairy intake and consumption status of Chinese adults have improved, but it is still far below the recommended intake of 300-500g/d by the Chinese Dietary Guidelines (2022).
